Ana Hooker Named 2009 ADVANCE Laboratory Professional of the year

Ana Hooker, the manager and vice president of the Genetics Division at ARUP, was recognized as the 2009 top laboratory professional by ADVANCE magazine for medical laboratory professionals. Ana Hooker has been in the laboratory profession for almost 20 years and has worked in virtually every discipline. Currently, she oversees nine departments with close to 200 employees and has doubled the Genetics Division's size and volumes in less than two years.
