ARUP is please to announce the availability of the Test Delay Notification (TDN) Report as of August 16, 2010. The TDN Report is specific to each client and includes delays to individual test components and panels. A new TDN Report will be available via ARUP Connect under the Secure File Transfer link daily after 6:30 a.m. MT.
Users can contact their ARUP Connect administrator who must mark the Test Delay Notification Report option to grant users permission to view this report. An automatic email will be sent to all TDN subscribers to notify them when a new report has posted.

ARUP is pleased to announce that a new, improved Client Exception Report will be available on Saturday, August 7. This report will include all tests that went through exception handling during the prior month. Improvements to the report include graphics, better organization of exceptions and categories, and more details about each exception.
Users may sign up to receive this report by contacting their ARUP Connect administrator, who must mark the Exception Handling Reporting option on the user's account.
The report is available on ARUP Connect under the QA/EH Reporting link and posts on the seventh of each month. Users who subscribe to email notification will receive an email when a new report is available.

Starting with the November 15, 2010 Hot Line, clients will no longer receive paper copies. Instead, we will send a reminder email that the new Hot Line is available for download on the Hot Line page.
