Pediatric Pathology

Pediatric services at ARUP include a broad range of specialized testing and clinical pathology consultation for the diagnosis and management of diseases of the fetus, infant, and child, as well as anatomic pathology consultations in placental, fetal, and perinatal pathology, pediatric surgical and autopsy pathology, and electron microscopy for ciliary and metabolic diseases, by board-certified pathologists in the Division of Pediatric Pathology at the University of Utah School of Medicine. These and other subspecialty-trained pathologists provide consultations in pediatric neuropathology, renal pathology, gastrointestinal and liver pathology, and hematopathology.
