The Psychology Today website is a great resource when looking for a therapist. Here, you can look for individual therapists and filter by location, insurance plan, gender preferences, specialties, online vs. in person, etc.
It is recommended to reach out to multiple therapists as some therapists may have a waitlist or not respond to inquiries. You can also filter by whether the therapist is “available” when searching.
The Community Clinic and Training Center provides free and personalized treatment for all ages. Clinic counselors are graduate students in Westminster's Master of Counseling program and are skilled at mental health treatment. Counselors also work under the supervision of faculty or a licensed mental health provider.

This mental health clinic provides affordable, quality therapy to community members and UVU students. In-person services are at UVU’s on-site clinic in Orem, Utah. All clinic staff members are advanced graduate students working under the supervision of licensed clinical faculty supervisors.
