Weber State Distance Learning Application Waiver–Students

To qualify for the waiver, prospective students will need to include a distance-learning application waiver certificate from ARUP as part of the WSU CLS program application package. Please submit the following form in order to receive a certificate.

Important notes:

• Employment verification is required; please allow seven business days for processing. Upon verification, an ARUP representative will email the certificate for inclusion in the WSU CLS application packet.
• You must be accepted to Weber State University before applying to the CLS program.
